Park on the street out front, settle in, and enjoy total privacy. A dog park and walking trail are just one block away whenever you or the pup need to stretch your legs. Other things to note This is a freshly refreshed, thoroughly cleaned and deodorized home, stocked with starter essentials (toiletries, paper goods, coffee, and more) so you're comfortable from the moment you arrive. You're in a very safe, friendly neighborhood with 100% privacy in your own house. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises. A $300 fine applies to any smoking/vaping on-site. Wyo Stays Pet Policy: $15 per pet, per day. Please clean up after pets (inside and in the yard) and keep pets off the furniture. A $300 fine applies to any pet mess not cleaned up. Military discount offered upon request with proof of duty. No loud music; quiet hours after 10 PM out of respect for our wonderful neighbors. Parking: Free street parking for 1–2 cars/trucks out front (shared street — please leave clear sightlines from neighbors' driveways). Trailers can park at the end of the block or on the street nearby; be mindful of neighbors. Trash & Recycling: Bins are in the alleyway behind the home, reached through the backyard gate. Only one thing that wasn’t perfect for us was the couch was a little small but again my husband is 6’3. Everything else was wonderful! Enjoyed our stay and would rent again!
