Please note the neighbors are incredibly friendly, you are staying in a very safe and friendly neighborhood, you will have 100% privacy and your own house. Please note that this house has been thoroughly disinfected after each guest for your comfort and safety with all CDC recommended guidelines followed strictly. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on-premises. $300 fine for any smoking/vaping on-premises. Wyo Stays Pet Policy: $15 Per Pet Per Day. Please clean up after pets and to not have pets on furniture! $300 fine for any pet mess not cleaned up after including yard. Strictly Enforced. Military discount offered upon request and with proof of Duty. No loud music, quiet time after 10 pm. Cancellation policy strictly enforced. For parking at this property you may park in the driveway or on the street, for 1-2 cars/trucks. If you have a trailer there is parking at the end of the block, or you may park it on the street near the home, just please be mindful of the neighbors.
