This unit is a newly finished ADU (accessory dwelling unit) completed in 2025, located behind the main property and accessed through a clean, maintained alleyway. While tucked away for added privacy, the unit is still just a short walk from all the downtown action.

As a single person in Sheridan on business, this place is perfect. It has a nice contemporary vibe, is clean, new, and uncluttered, and within walking distance of Main Street and great shopping. I will definitely stay here again. Check in was easy. Place was like brand new. Perfectly clean and well thought out furnishings. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and craft breweries. It was an absolutely beautiful home and very cozy. If I had one complaint it would be no WiFi but being a brand new listing I totally understand trying to get stuff installed these days but other than that I would definitely recommend this property. Dalton was very helpful and always responded ASAP. Definitely will be booking again. Great location close to downtown amenities, situated directly behind a local brewery. Excellent setup for single travelers or a couple.
