You have full, private access to the entire home — front to back, inside and out.That means all three bedrooms, the full bathroom, the kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room, and the entire backyard. No shared spaces, no neighbors above or below — it's all yours for the duration of your stay.
Entry is completely self-guided via a smart electronic lock, so there's no key to track down and you can arrive anytime after check-in without waiting on anyone. Come and go as you please, 24 hours a day.
The backyard is fully accessible and fenced enough for most dogs to enjoy freely — just keep in mind that very small breeds may need supervision. It's a great space to let pets decompress after a long drive or simply sip your coffee in the morning quiet.
Parking is available in the driveway (1–2 vehicles) or on the street in front of the home.
If you're traveling with a trailer, there's additional parking at the end of the block — just be mindful of neighbor visibility from their driveways.

The Home's Character: 334 Coffeen is a restored vintage Wyoming home — it has genuine personality and charm that modern builds simply can't replicate. As with any older home, you may hear the occasional floor creak or natural sound.
The structure is well-maintained, clean, and fully functional.
A/C & Climate: The home has central air conditioning and heating. Both are inspected and serviced seasonally to ensure your comfort. Wyoming evenings can turn cool even in summer — the ceiling fans and window ventilation work wonderfully on those crisp nights when fresh mountain air is better than anything mechanical.
Sub Pumps: Like many homes in this area of Wyoming, the property has sump pumps to manage natural groundwater levels. These may run occasionally during high-water periods — it's completely normal and not a cause for concern
.Parking: Driveway fits 1–2 vehicles. Street parking is available in front.
Trailer parking at the end of the block — please ensure neighbors have clear visibility from their driveways.
Pets: We love four-legged guests! A $25/pet/day fee applies. Please clean up after your pets in the yard and keep them off the furniture. The yard is spacious but note that very small dogs may need supervision near fence gaps.
Smoking: Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. A $300 fee applies.
Quiet Hours: Please respect the neighborhood with quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
