Please note the neighbors are incredibly friendly, you are staying in a very safe and friendly neighborhood, you will have 100% privacy and your own house. Please note that this house has been thoroughly disinfected after each guest for your comfort and safety with all CDC recommended guidelines followed strictly. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on-premises. $300 fine for any smoking/vaping on-premises. Wyo Stays Pet Policy: $20 Per Pet Per Day. Please clean up after pets and to not have pets on furniture! $300 fine for any pet mess not cleaned up after including yard! No loud music, quiet time after 10 pm. The house and property itself were amazing. Unmatched Mountain views and there were mule deer in the yard a majority of the time. Everything was extremely clean. The only downside was the agency managing the Airbnb/property…other than automated messages, we weren’t able to reach the host when we needed to, specifically to see where we needed to park our RV. E
